Ok, here I am. I finally gone PRO here after reading and reading and reading, Looking forward to updating profile and begin posting very soon. New to all of this, and real estate investing. Taking baby steps so far but the strides are getting bigger. Looking at going after HUD's and wholesaling them in Ohio. I really appreciate all the willingness to share and help here. I have been amazed at what I have learned from this community...and I am sure I have not even scratched the surface. Thanks to all. :)
