How is the Syracuse, NY market looking right now?!?
Hey I'm looking at possibly buying in the Syracuse, NY market South side and West side. Is this area a good area to jump into for Fix and Flip or rental property investment?!? Any realtors or investors familiar with this area and can tell me how much renovated properties are typically selling for?
