Hi BP community! My name is Tony and I reside in Southern California.

I currently have two SFR house hacks. One in Los Angeles and another in Oceanside CA.

Looking to meet like minded individuals who I can network with.

@Couryn BeleckCongrats on your triplex! I agree with @Twana Rasoul the price of admission can be high here, but so far I've had success with owner financing. The numbers can be overwhelming for this market, but often times there's value hiding in plain sight! I appreciate the welcome and as "newbies" hopefully we can bounce ideas off each other! Cheers!
