Newbie Introduction - Southern California

Tony Ramirez
  • Oceanside, CA
Posted

Hi BP community! My name is Tony and I reside in Southern California.

I currently have two SFR house hacks. One in Los Angeles and another in Oceanside CA.

Looking to meet like minded individuals who I can network with.

There’s a wealth of information on here so I’m excited to learn!

Cheers!

@Tony Ramirez Welcome, I house hack here in SD myself as well.  Hi @Couryn Beleck There is a high barrier to entry here but there are loan options that let you get in the game with very little down. you can utilize the FHA loan to put 3.5% down on a duplex, you'd most likely be putting less money down than buying a multi back in your home town non owner occupied.
