New Jersey Real Estate Question
Hi
I'm currently in Real Estate school to get my License, i wanted to know can i whole sale and be a real estate agent in new jersey?
my goal is to buy and flip but since I don't have the capital to start i was told that wholesaling is a good way to build capital. I also have a llc so that i can separate my wholesaling, buying, flipping from my real estate license.
