New Member NJ; Always looking to learn...
Hello all,
Joined Bigger Pockets after reading some of the forum posts and found the educational, as well as networking values. My name is Patrick Flanagan, located in NJ and wanting desperately to venture into this sector. I have been involved in the building trades for the last 43 years and never thought about this type of venture before. It was always something I felt took to much time to establish. With small children, it would have taken time away from their lives, when they needed me most.
