Hi, all.

I'm a new member in central Texas. I'm here to learn and am looking for properties to buy and hold in and around the Austin, Texas (Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto) areas. I hope to attend an area meetup soon!

I welcome any tips from more experienced, local folks. It would be great to find a successful REI mentor in the area to learn from .
