Looking for financing for Cape Cod Condo

I am looking to finance a condo for yearly rental but not sure where to start. The condos I'm looking at will not qualify for a normal FHA loan because the high percentage of renters and investor owned. The condos I'm looking at range from 85k to as high as 200k. I have excellent credit (819) and plenty of reserve cash. I also currently own two condos on the Cape (both financed, one with a bank, one owner financed) both rented out with great rental history so I'm not a "newbie". I do not have a mortgage on my primary residence. Any advice or help would be appreciated!
