Hello and thanks for all the great info on the BP site. I am currently a property manager of a 1 multi and a strip mall, also a general contractor, estimator, & glasier by trade. But a true newbie and want desperately to get into investing, rehabbing. Not sure if this is the place for this question? Having a tough year financially with work cut backs. I was thinking of converting my basement into an income apartment to help me carry current mortgage. (like the show on HGTV...he makes it seem soo easy??) Good idea? Thanks
