I'm a Canadian looking to start flipping houses in the US. It's a bit more regulated here in Canada, so not so much experience yet. I was wondering if someone had info on how I could possibly get started?
Legalities and all. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
P.S: I'm looking to move to the US temporarily if that would help facilitate the process..

Hi @Jeffrey Glover . A great way to get started is to become familiar with the your strategy (flipping). Read books, listen to podcasts, and even find a mentor so that you can shadow them. This will give you tons of experience and prepare for going into the field.
