Hello everybody! My name is Michael Chaney i am a nurse from Cincinnati, Ohio and have recently decided i would like to get into real estate. I would like to do the BRRR method. I recently bought a two family to live in while i discovery how real estate investing works. I would like to use bigger pockets to make connections with people, learn how to better do the BRRR method as well as other options in real estate.

Hey Michael, I'm a nurse as well here in Texas. Great move on the duplex, that's what I did as well. I can say that there are now many conversations at the nurses station about real estate and investing now that I have gone down the rabbit hole that is BiggerPockets lol.
