Houston Investor Connecting?
Hey BiggerPockets! I am an investor, agent, and I own a houston based construction/cleaning company. I mainly do flips, buy and holds, and commercial construction jobs. I am wanting to connect with investors who do creative lead generation (work with asset managers, note sellers, tax lawyers, etc). I am needing to take my lead generation to the next level and want to explore options other than the traditional auctions/wholesalers. Also, I would love to hear from builders how they transitioned from remodeling to spec homes or development if they have had that experience.
