new RE investor in Denver, CO
I've been in Mortgage Lending for 10 years. After taking last year off to become a Natural Foods Chef and a Nutrition and Health Coach, I have come back into Mortgage Lending with more energy and excitement than ever! With this came a desire to start owning 1-4 unit rentals. I am loving the thought of it, but a bit scared of what I don't know. I know I will pick it up quick, but would LOVE a mentor!!! I could see myself doing bigger projects in the future...it's that first step I need to take ;) Put an offer in on a home this weekend...so we shall see how quickly the first one happens.
