Closed on first duplex and licensed in same week!
We were finally able to close on our first house hack deal. In the same week, I also obtained my real estate license! Open for business and ready to help. The deal definitely took longer than anticipated, but we couldn't be happier. If there are any other new investors, I would be more than happy to answer any questions
