multi family/ house hacks
Good morning Bigger Pockets,
I'm new here and looking to start my investing with multi family house hacks in the Queens/Nassau County, NY area. I'm torn between the advice of get in the game and figure it out as you go and the current events I see going on with landlords getting paid rent. Also if there are any agents in my area I'd love to connect so my wife and I can see what's out there. Thank you
