Hi BP Members!
My name is Mohammad and I have been a life-long resident of South Jersey. I own a few residential properties in Camden and Burlington counties. I've been a real estate investor for almost 10 years now and focus on properties I can self-manage. One of the ways I do this is by investing in properties close to where I live. I mostly invest for buy and hold. What attracts me to real estate is getting to network with the local community and the prospect of financial freedom.
I've always found my way to the BP forums in doing real estate related searches, now looking forward to contributing to other members. In addition, I like listen to the BP Podcasts, I find them very motivating and inspiring. Its definitely helped me speak the lingo of real estate!
I am looking to expand my portfolio and continue this journey in real estate world!
