Have been listening to BP podcast for a few months. Now finally taking action to get out of analysis paralysis. Hope to wholesale (wholesaling looks tricky in WA) and move into flipping/buy and holds. Would love to network with local investors! Thanks in advance.

My two cents: Assuming you have a half-decent job and can secure a loan your time would be much better spent Househacking then Wholesaling Connor! It's pretty difficult to do well wholesaling in this market, while househacking is pretty darn straightforward, and much more profitable long term.
