Excited to learn and contribute!

Hi, my name is Waylon. Like many others, I am new to real estate investing. I am a life long resident of North Georgia, married way out of my league, and have two daughters. In my day job, I am a retail broker that represents consumer good manufacturers and sell their products to Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Family Dollar. I love to hunt, fish, camp, trail run, mountain bike, and adventure racing.

My wife and I want to invest in long term rentals as a way to diversify our retirement portfolio and attempt to build some passive income long term. I would consider ourselves to be calculated risk-takers.

I am super excited to learn about this industry, plug into this community, and help others along the way if possible. Thanks!
