Hey everybody,

I'm a fresh out of college guy, looking to possibly start investing in real estate. Being straight out of college I don't have a lot of money to invest but I would like to get into owning rental properties since I live in a pretty big tourist area and college city. Any advice from anybody about anything real estate investing would be awesome and appreciated. I will say that this will not be my full time job as I am employed currently full time.

Thanks,
Sam
