Stumbled upon this site while looking for an income/ expense doc....
Currently living in my home which I got a 30 yr mtg on 8 years ago. Tried my hand at investing just before the bubble and had to let a property go thus destroying an 803 credit score. Last year I was able to form a corp and purchase two properties outright and avg 20% roi. Goals are to use 80% of my income from my job to purchase 2-3 properties a year until I can reach 100k yearly in passive income. Hopefully by that point ill have larger dreams but that's where I'm at as of today.

This site looks cool and informative. Looking forward to learning
