Hello, I am a college student who is looking to invest in real estate to become financially stable by the time I graduate from my university. I am starting completely from scratch and would like anyone to assist me in getting started. I am mostly looking at residential real estate, mainly for single families.

@Diarra S. Nkosi you are certainly in the right place to learn more!  Immerse yourself in the education here on the forums but also in books and podcasts.  There is a wealth of information available.  Once you find a strategy that fits your preferences and investing capacity, take action!
