Knoxville Investor House Hacking

Hello fellow Knoxville TN investors.  My name is Zach Darrow and I just moved to the area from Rochester NY, where I currently own a duplex.

I guess im just looking to network and meet the other investors in the area.  I am personally looking for up to a 4 unit multi, home with in law apt, or a 3-4 bedroom house with large garage.  I would prefer to house hack properties and have no issue with buying a value add property.

Hey Zach. I'm a student at the University of Tennessee and am also looking to house hack! I don't look at multis often because they are typically out of my price range, but I'll let you know if I find anything interesting.
As far as networking, @Derek Tellier (https://www.biggerpockets.com/...) hosts a meetup for the Knoxville area every month. I'd recommend attending that.

Have a good one!
