Hello, My wife and I have invested in a property in Tucson, AZ with our first rental. We have loved the process and we would like to continue growing our investments in Tulsa, OK - as that is where we would like to eventually be. I lived in Bixby until I was 18, when I joined the Air Force and we plan on returning once my commitment is up. We want to work on our portfolio from a distance, and are interested in starting out with a Buy and Hold SFR. Later, transition to other strategies once we get more experience under our belt.
