ILC Survey - Fourplex
Hi! I'm a new investor and going under contract for my 1st fourplex. I'm looking for advice on ordering an ILC/Plat survey - would it be a mistake not to get one? How can I decide whether it's really needed? The property lines seem pretty straight forward, but I want to make sure I'm not making a huge mistake by not getting one. Any advice is welcomed and appreciated!
