New investors question
Hello, my name is Rosa and my husband and I are new in the world of investing in real estate. We've rented a single family home for our 3rd year now and recently 2 months ago started renting our 2nd property a duplex. We live in one side and rent the other. What are all the forms that I should be having my tenants sign? We have a basic lease and it covers a lot but I want to have a file for each property and I don't know what all to add to my file. Currently reading "The Book on Rental Property Inventing" by Brandon Turner. Any advice? TIA
