I had an account here a few years ago but i couldn't remember my login Information. Im married, 25 years old two little boys. Life has thrown us some curve balls and it's time to jump in . We have been contractors for a RE investor for the past four years. We need help raising capital to get involved in the game. what did you do your first deal to get it done? do you know of any good private lenders? we would be willing to help other investors in the DE, MD,Va, fix up their places also to raise capital any suggestion or just your success stories would be a great help.
