New from Milwaukee WI
Hello everyone. I've lived in the Milwaukee area for the last 20 years. Owned an OO duplex near Tosa back in 99.
Currently live near 103rd and greenfield. I currently have a sfh ARV 145k. I owe 99k private mortgage with a balloon due next June. I have the funds to pay it off now. Which I plan to do and then take a 50-60% loan against it to find another property to hold.
