Hello I am a new member here and my name is Wade Sanders. I am from Cincinnati Oh. and while I am not a RE Investor I am starting to network with investors, Property Managers, Building Owners and Developers. I am a Technology Integrator specializing in Audio/Video and Network Integration, Security Camera Systems, Networks and teleconferencing Systems. My ultimate Goal is to design homes with developers with the Audio Video and lighting technology built into the homes as they are built. I also work with building owners with teleconferencing and video conferencing systems built into the office spaces that they rent to their business tenants. For Property management and investors as well as building owners I am offering security camera systems, cabling and catv wiring, as well as upkeep of property appearance.
