Newbie on the BP Forums from... Overseas

Hello BP! I'm Martin and I'm a long-time fan of the BP podcasts but fairly new to the forums. I am interested in scaling up from 3 apartments BUT in Bulgaria and am still figuring out how similar things are between there and the US. The fundamentals are similar but every market is different, including in its ROI, banking system, financing, laws, etc. I'm really interested in finding out how other investors scale overseas, namely in Europe and Eastern Europe in particular.
