Newbie Introduction From Texas

Hello everyone!

I’m here to introduce myself, my name is Janene. I’m a newbie investor but I’ve been studying real estate for over a year now, and I like the creative real estate branch with no money down as it’s the best method for my current situation.(I.e. Subject To ) I really want to get my feet in the water. 

My main goal in investing to make a passive portfolio to live off of. I don’t want to have to work a job and I need the money to work for me. Working a 9-5 and swapping hours for dollars isn’t an option for me as I’m disabled. This limits the manual labor I can do in a typical 8 hour day.

I’m looking for a guide in the Dallas area to further study the field under. My short term goal is to start building capital. I can definitely offer my time as I’m eggar to leave my analysis paralysis stage and start doing!
