A licensed broker in Nebraska, i have a mix of multi family and single family rentals, and doing flips now as well. Doing all the contractor work on our flips as well, and about to double my rental portfolio! Buying out a couples portfolio who is retiring. Bigger pockets podcasts have been great and enjoying reading blogs and forums. There is tremendous value being shared out there and anyone excited about real estate should be stopping here first!
