New in Southern Oregon
Hello all. My wife and I are new to the forum and investing. We are currently looking at making our first investment in southern Oregon. We have been exploring the BP forums and reading anything we can find on development and investment. Our goal is to purchase and develop residential land and eventually segue into rental properties. Wealth development and passive income is our overall goal. Currently we’re looking to network with people in the area and make connections. Happy to meet you all and glad to be a part of the forum.
