Hey everyone, about 6 years ago my husband and I bought an investment property and I've been interested in real estate ever since. I got my license this past March and became a full time agent in June. I'm looking for effective ways to market myself, I've been a little successful with being a buyer's agent but would really like to get a listing (of course). What marketing have you found to give you the best ROI, I've door knocked, sent mailers and am trying to get more savvy with social media. Any and all tips would be appreciated, thank you!

Also, I realize this site is mainly used for investment real estate, so if you're familiar with a better forum for these questions, I'm open to those tips, too. Thanks again!
