Mentors needed

Aloha everyone,
My name is Shawn and I have been a builder here in hawaii for 25 years
And worked with all kinds of investors ,agents ,brokers and lenders. Now it's my turn
To take action. I need an active successful mentor to help me get going in the right
Direction so I don't make the costly mistakes that I would make on my own.
I have been putting together my power team and want to get started even if its
Just baby steps at first. I am a very skilled and motivated person however I do need
Guidance. I am a leader , just not experienced in this field on my own.

Please help me so I can one day help others

Welcome to BiggerPockets! You mention that you've been a builder for 25 years...what are you trying to do now that 25 years of building experience isn't able to help you achieve?

What do you have to others who would provide their time/effort to help you be successful. Always think about what's in it for the other person...nobody is going to help a total stranger without some sort of motivation. Motivate them!
