New Member, Denmark, Europe

Hello there,

I am new to this site as a member but have listened to BP podcasts for a long time.

I am 45 years old, live in Denmark (Northern Europe). I am fully aware that much of the technical stuff you guys discuss would not apply to the danish laws and regulations. I am here for networking and the great american mindset of doing business.

I bought my first house at a foreclosure 20 years ago, flipped it and have repeated that ever since. 3 years ago I decided to change my strategy to keep some of them for longterm rentals. I started my investment company 3 years ago.

At the moment I am upgrading my longterm investment (3 appartment/1 office/1 workshop) building
Flipping a development-property bought 1 month ago
Keeping some sellerfinance-notes

So... progressing slow and steady - my challenge is getting financing
(My flipping strategy does not allow mortgages - only hard money loans)
