Future Real Estate Mogul from Springfield, MO
My name is Cooper and I'm from Springfield, Mo. I am a sophmore at Missouri State University studying to be a financial advisor. I hope my Subject name didn't sound too confident, I just figured more people would look at my post if it stood out. I plan within the next year to purchase a duplex and live in one side and rent out the other. Any advice or things you would like to say I would love to hear. I would like to learn as much as I can from others and apply it to my life. Thank you for your time.

@ Bill Gulley Hey Bill you should I would love to meet you in person. Yeah, it's tomorrow (1/23) and they usually do have guest speakers. This month were inviting an attorney, I presume, to talk about Real Estate tax law. After the speaker, investors get a chance to bring attention to any niche deals they are currently trying to sell, buy, or whatever. I look forward to seeing everyone here on Biggerpockets at our REInvestorgroup:-) com.
