New Member from the DC/MD/VA Region
Hello Bigger Pockets Community,
I am a new investor in the "DMV",I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for about two weeks now, and finally decided to sign-up. I currently work for a commercial real estate company doing market research, and actually interned for two rehabbers while in college at the University of Maryland. Shoutout to the Terps btw. Lastly, I'm currently focusing on wholesaling and then eventually making my way into rehabbing. I have learned a lot so far from the site and look forward to learning a lot more.
