I am a newbie investor in Maryland. Once you have got an owner to agree to sell, where do you post the contract to attract wholesale cash buyers?

@Stacy Wallace You can advertise it on FB marketplace, wholesale FB groups, Craiglist, an app called Offerup. Just make sure you conceal the address until you find someone who's serious about buying.

I would check your local area for investors, and see who's buying, then shoot them an email or phone them up. Also, you may want to connect with local real estate agents to see if they know of any investors in the area looking to purchase any good deals. I'm still working on trying to find my first deal.
