Hi everyone! I want to up the profits and cut the time (from all the time to a life lol) to make the money. Hope I can learn from those here.

Scranton/Wb area of PA is great for rental revenue...but i will probably look elsewhere for wholesale. Margin on a final sale 60k house is kinda thin. But I'm open, still new

Been in rentals for 5 years. 30 units. flipped (wholesale) a few...but just a few

now wife is 'unemployed" so we have twice the labor available. Let's do this!

Any input/contacts/colleagues (and of course lenders/buyers/sellers ) appreciated.
