My husband and I are closing on our first property by the end of this year, located in the northern Seattle market. Being so, we have been very creative in our viewpoint, mindset, and strategy. I would love to hear of others who have been successful in a hot and expensive market!

Congrats on the first close Danielle! We've found househacking to be the most successful and profitable strategy in this market, followed closely by short term rental investing (within Seattle & Leavenworth in particular), Rent By The Room, ADU's, & BRRRR's. We've used all of those strategies on various properties and are always happy to share what we've learned and talk shop with other investors. Cheers!
