Newish Investor in Allen, TX
Hi everyone!
My husband and I have dabbled in buy-and-hold investing for several years. We purchased 3 rental properties using the BRRRR method on our last purchase. We had the intention of him quitting his job at the end of this year to do real-estate investing full-time. Well life got crazy and COVID hit. I was laid off from a high-paying job and dove right in to fixing up one of our properties to sell (so we could have a good emergency fund). After several months of a failed job search, we have decided it is time for me to go all-in on real estate. So while I am not a total newbie, I still have some much to learn and connections to make. I look forward to meeting and learning from all of you!
