Does anyone have a recommendation for a good hard money lender in Atlanta? Looking for a lender who will go as low as 30k for min purchase price.

@Maria Cox  Lima One and Finance of America both have rehab to rental loans.  I believe LendingOne does as well.  Make sure the ARV will let you get out.

@Maria Cox  What's your plan with the property?  There are some that allow you to rehab then convert rental.  Others are more geared towards fix and flip.  If it's gonna be rent ready and all-in less than $50k loan, it's harder to find the exit lender.
