Hello, my name is Chris Hernandez and I live in the small city of Delano in California.

I have zero experience with real estate investing and have no financial education. I discovered biggerpockets podcast as a recommendation from this YouTube video I seen. I've also read Rich Dad Poor Dad and it really inspired me to start looking more into investing.

I hope to get to know lots of people in this field, and to expand my knowledge on investing!
