Newbie in Nashville Tennessee
I am brand new to the world of real estate investing and am so thankful to have found the bigger pockets resources! I have done a wide variety of work from being a zookeeper to management and now insurance sales. It has been a venture that has had my interest for the last couple years but never could figure out where to start since I didn't have the funds to pay for a program. My goal is to use my VA mortgage to either buy a multi family unit or SFH and get that rehabbed and rented out. Also interested in wholesaling to get some cash flow going to fund more rental properties.
