Hey everyone,

After a few years in the real estate business, and a few months of reading through these forums I finally decided to join up and get involved. I have already learned a TON from all of the people who post on this site, so thank you.

I am primarily interested in wholesaling deals or rehabbing my own projects. Eventually I would like to buy and hold.

I look forward to learing even more from everyone and contributing what I can.
