Newbie from the Pacific NW

Howdy all,
Just wanted to introduce myself to all the BP folks. I am not yet an investor but I hope to be able to purchase my first property in the next year or so. I have a background in Finance and have always been interested in REI. Worked in corporate finance (in Seattle) for a few years after college, but I decided I was ready to pursue a career in Real Estate. So, I moved back home to Olympia, WA and got a job working as a property manager for a local Prop. Mgmt & Brokerage company. This has been a great way to gain exposure to Real Estate, and also a good way to build my cash, (living at home with mom and dad to cut expenses as much as possible, and for moms home cooking). Once I have enough cash, I would like to attempt flipping houses. I am currently looking to network and meet partners and mentors in my area. Anyway, I love the website, it has been a great resource for learning and soaking up material on REI. Keep up the good work!
