Hello all! My name is Anthony Cosgrove. I am a regional musician and work in the food distribution industry to pay the bills ;) I own on SF property in addition to my private residence and am very excited about building a real estate portfolio consisting primarily of Multi-Family properties. I want to work toward eventually owning an apartment complex. I have found this site to be a wealth of knowledge and can't get enough of all the articles and blogs! I would love advice on how to make RE my full time job in addition to my RE investing.
