Hello BiggerPockets community!

My name is Mark Barron and I'm new to the site and to real estate. I've sold and bought a couple of properties but only as the primary residence for my family and nothing from a business perspective.

I recently moved to Phoenix from Southern California and now I'm looking to learn more about real estate investing. Primarily interested in wholesaling and at some point of like to start a renting properties.

I've started my journey by listening to a few audiobooks on wholesaling and also have listened to quite a few of the BP podcast episodes.

Looking forward to meeting all of you and networking with some local like minded people.
