Buying a Mobile Home Park
I am interested in mobile home parks.
Are they a good investment?
Long term or short term?
Other than your normal rent roll what other info would I be needing to look at?
I have read a couple different things about-
Owning the mobile instead of just owning the lots?
Possible for owner finance on some.
Thoughts?
