Hello! I am new to RE investing and am trying to soak in as much knowledge so I can hit the ground running come graduation. I am looking at properties all over Utah and would love to have a MLS notifications set up for me by a local agent so I can begin analyzing deals and be ready to buy once my wife and I are out of school. We are interested in house hacking a duplex-fourplex 1-3 times in our first 3 years out of school. Any connections, advice, tips, or the like would be appreciated! Super excited for that first property!

Masyn, congratulations on your decision to house hack, as well as graduating. I have house hacked (still doing it) 4 times now, and it's changed my life beyond what I could imagine. I'm happy to connect and help out any way that I can, even if you just need another perspective from my experience.
