Hi,

I'm from the Bay Area in California. For the last few years I've been thinking about real estate investing but never took action due to analysis paralysis. I joined BP to learn about real estate investing, more specifically wholesaling. I wanted to start with wholesaling because I don't have the cash or credit to start with.
